Apfelkuchen-Haferflocken (Apple Pie Oats)
A simple and comforting oat recipe with apple, cinnamon, peanut butter and walnuts. Ideal for breakfast or as a snack in any season.
Instructions
- Cut more than half of the apple into bite-sized cubes and place them in a saucepan. Chop the other half into small pieces.
- Add water, apple syrup and cinnamon to the pan. Bring to a boil and let the apples soften. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the jar and stir. Top with the cooked apple pieces. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
