Pescada com broa (Hake with Cornbread)
A hearty dish with hake, potatoes, broccoli and cornbread. Ideal for lunch or dinner during winter and spring.
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté the olive oil, onion and garlic.
- Slice the mushrooms and add them to the sauté.
- Add the rice and let it fry for a few minutes.
- Add the water.
- Let it cook until the water evaporates.
