Zalm met geroerbakte krieltjes en groentea (Salmon with stir-fried baby potatoes and vegetables)
A balanced dish with salmon, stir-fried baby potatoes and mixed vegetables. Ideal for lunch or dinner in any season.
Instructions
- Clean the baby potatoes and cut them in half if necessary.
- Cook the baby potatoes in a little water for 8 minutes until just cooked. Drain well.
- Heat half of the oil and fry the baby potatoes until golden brown.
- Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook everything for about 6 minutes.
- Season the salmon with pepper. Heat the remaining oil and fry the salmon for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
- Clean the lemon and cut it into slices. Fry the lemon slices with the salmon for the last minute.
- Season the potato and vegetable mixture with thyme and serve with the salmon and lemon.
