Instructions

  1. Clean the baby potatoes and cut them in half if necessary.
  2. Cook the baby potatoes in a little water for 8 minutes until just cooked. Drain well.
  3. Heat half of the oil and fry the baby potatoes until golden brown.
  4. Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook everything for about 6 minutes.
  5. Season the salmon with pepper. Heat the remaining oil and fry the salmon for about 8 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Clean the lemon and cut it into slices. Fry the lemon slices with the salmon for the last minute.
  7. Season the potato and vegetable mixture with thyme and serve with the salmon and lemon.
